Grigory's experience is more than 15 years of successful implementation of business management systems at large international oil and gas companies with a focus on digital technologies and improving operational efficiency.

For Gazprom Neft Grigoriy implemented a project to bring oilfield services technologies and software products to the Middle East market, participated in the development of the methodology and led the implementation of the Operational Efficiency Management System, provided process tuning and managed the industrial safety function in an IT function with a total headcount of more than 4,500 people during the active phase of the pandemic COVID-19 in 2019-2020, implemented the joint venture management process and acted as an asset manager for the joint ventureNIS (Naftna Industry Serbia), Serbia with revenue over 3 billion USD/year.

At LUKOIL Overseas Grigory led the financial service of the joint venture with CNPC and SINOPEC in Kazakhstan with a revenue of more than 1 billion USD/year, participated in the development of the methodology and led the implementation of the Oil and Gas Assets Management System in Kazakhstan. He ensured the implementation of the project for the acquisition of oil and gas production assets in Kazakhstan.

Grigory has a master's degree from the National University of Singapore at System Design and Management, MBA degree in International Business, Master's degree in Rocket Science, Financial Manager degree.
